Now the car had been mapped i felt it was ready for an RR day, so luckily the Irish Mitsubishi Owners club (www.irishmoc.org) had a day arranged so i straight away stuck my name down on the list and just couldnt wait.
So Saturday the 21st of Febuary rolled up very quickly and what a good day it was there was an excellent turn out of about 15 mitsubishi's of all types and from all parts of the country.
With the basic mods my car had and from reading the average power they should make i wasnt expecting anymore than 350bhp and about the same torque, but to my suprise the car made 360bhp and 370lb ft of torque which i was delighted with.
There were also some other cars which are maintained and mapped in CW which made impressive power most importantly Barry's of CW whcih made 400bhp 400lb ft torque with the similar mods as mine except for a set of GSC S1 cams and a remap for E85 (which is almost like race fuel).
